Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: - Participants must provide at least 48 hours notice for session cancellations. - Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will result in forfeiture of that session without refund. Late Arrivals: -Sessions will start and end promptly at scheduled times. - Late arrivals will not extend the session duration. No-Shows: - Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of that session without refund. Rescheduling: - Participants may reschedule a session with at least 48 hours notice, subject to coach availability. - Only one rescheduling opportunity is permitted per participant throughout the program.
